Our guides have collectively spent decades exploring, climbing and guiding in the North Cascades - our standard itineraries are based on the most classic and highly requested routes. However, with so many rugged peaks spread throughout the Range it’s impossible to identify all the incredible climbing opportunities. Skyward Mountaineering offers custom alpine climbing in the North Cascades and surrounding mountains. Contact us to discuss your goals and we’ll happily establish a custom itinerary for your alpine climbing ambitions in the North Cascades.

Alpine climbing in the North Cascades is generally best from mid June through the end of August, though specific routes may be in better condition earlier or later in the season.

Routes range in difficulty, Skyward Mountaineering can help provide guidance for your training routine.

Depending on the itinerary, we may choose to base out of several locations closer to the trailhead. Logistical support will be provided along with your custom alpine climbing itinerary.

Climbers are responsible for providing their own personal clothing and equipment. An equipment list will be provided based on your chosen alpine climb.
